I’m Ben Nguyen, a Senior Engineering Manager based in Hanoi. I build strong engineering teams, lead managers, and solve complex problems with software. I focus on execution, grow people, and design systems that scale.

What I’m Doing Now

I’ve rejoined Flinters Vietnam as a Senior Engineering Manager. I lead a group of Engineering Managers and help drive execution across multiple teams. My focus is to keep teams sharp, aligned, and productive, while staying grounded in the people behind the work.

Past Work

• At Responsible Cyber, I led an engineering team that delivered cybersecurity products. We built with Python, MySQL, and AWS, and integrated AI where it added value. I drove both technical direction and process improvements.

• At Propine, I was Lead Engineer for digital asset custody systems. We built secure, scalable infrastructure using TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS. I worked hands-on with engineers and collaborated closely with product and business teams.

• At Flinters Vietnam (in an earlier role), I managed multiple agile teams building data platforms and AdTech apps. We used Scala, Node.js, and AWS. I focused on delivery, team health, and long-term outcomes.
